South Aztec Water System

Phase 1. Water System Design and Engineering.

• City has contracted an engineer firm to prepare Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and then move into complete engineering design once funding is obtained.

Phase 2. Reconstruction of Bladder Tank.

• Funding has been acquired.

• Bladder tank will be replaced with above ground tank storage.

• Design completed.

Phase 3. Reconstruction of 12" water line from Aztec to Bloomfield.

• Funding for design aquired.

• Memorandum of Understanding with Bloomfield completed.

Phase 4. Upgrading of service lines within the South Aztec water service area.

• Seeking funding assistance.
