Phase 1 involved land acquisition, survey, and engineer design. All was completed and the bid for construction went out in December 2023.

Phase 2

Phase 2 involves construction. Estimated 90-day project.
8/29/2024 Road completed, fencing completed, waiting on signage and road striping.
8/19/2024 Paving of road completed.
8/1/2024 Curb & gutter completed.
7/24/2024 Curb & gutter under construction.
7/16/2024 The 10 ft pedestrian path (ashalt) constructed.
6/27/2024 Dirt work complete, retaining wall constructed, curb & gutter started.
6/11/2024 Road elevation and compaction completed.
5/30/2024 Contractor has mobilized, road staking and dirt work is underway.
