A Tort Claim is an insurance claim for damages that may have occurred to your property or persona whereby the City may have been liable. Incidents are reviewed by a Self-Insurers agent who determines whether the claim is legitimate. Not all claims are awarded compensation.PLANS

RECREATION
There are several outdoor recreation facilities within Aztec. Mostly owned by the City, but several are managed by associations through agreements with the City. When managed events are not in progress, the public has free access to these locations.AZTEC DISC GOLF COURSE
1301 Old Spanish Trl (Accessible from Tiger Park)
• 18 Basket course designed for the PRO/AM in mind with long distances (3 Par 4 & 15 Par 3). Additional T-box locations have been installed for beginner and intermediate players.AZTEC MOTOCROSS
1771 Navajo Dam Rd
• Competative and non-competative motocross tracks owned by the City of Aztec and managed by AMX LLC to host races and maintain the track.KART KANYON SPEEDWAY
1000 Motor Cross Rd
• The Kart Kanyon Speedway is owned by the City of Aztec and operated/maintained by the non-profit 4 Corners Amateur Racing. The 1/5 mile oval dirt track is designed for flat karts, quarter midgets, and outlaw karts. The facility is only open when races are occurring, not open to public use.MOUNTAIN VIEW TRAILS
