The City Utility Billing Office can deduct your utility bill directly from your bank account. To have bank draft services the following forms must be completed and returned to the Utility Office.
Citizens or organizations are welcome to organize community events by contacting the business office and filling out a special event form and paying the associated fees.

If you're having trouble paying your heating bill, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) may be able to help. LIHEAP is administered by the New Mexico Human Services Department and offers assistance with winter heating bills for income-qualifying New Mexico residents.
If you're having trouble paying your electric bill, the City of Aztec Utility Assistance Program (UAP) may be able to help. The UAP is administered by the City of Aztec and offers assistance with City of Aztec utility bills for income-qualifying customers of the City of Aztec.
Certain low-income customers who qualify for LIHEAP assistance will not have their electric service disconnected for nonpayment from November 15 through March 15.
